I DID IT!
I finally, on day 3 of week 4, of the C25K, finished it. I wasnt huffing and puffing, I wasnt almost going to pass out. I finished it and actually thought....."that was it?" Tonight ended MUCH better than day 1 and 2 of week four!
Im a little proud of myself right now.
