Girls, I Finally Did It!
I actually got off my lazy asss and did W1D1 of C25K!!    I'm seriously frightened  at how out of shape I am; I looked like this guy  when I was finished and felt like I was gonna pass out/throw up, but I did it!! AND I also got back on WW online today and have been logging in my points too! So, I have a loooong way to go, but a girl's gotta start somewhere right? I think I'm gonna officially start my Week 1 on Sunday because hell knows I could use an extra day! 
ETA: Thanks Hayley for the podcast. I always hated the Techno one and the one you sent me is a lot better.
