if you only belong to WW online...
how/when and where do you weigh in?
I bought a scale a few months ago (i think the brand is homedics); it was $50 and a waste! it's SO innaccurate. DH and I will weigh ourselves and laugh. This morning he weighed himself and was like "hey I lost 6 lbs in a day!!"

I weigh myself every Thursday morning, right after I pee but before I eat anything. That is the most accurate time.
It is posted somewhere on the WW site that you should only weigh yourself once a week because daily weight fluctuations can make your weight inaccurate if you weigh in every day.

ETA: I have a WW scale as well- from Target. Not the super fancy one, the next step down- $29.99

I weigh in on Monday mornings, I have a WW scale from Bed Bath and Beyond, it was $29.99, then I had one of their coupons. Its dead on accurate to the tenth of a lb.

I weigh myself once a week on monday morning when I wake up. I think my scale is pretty accurate.

I can vary 4 Lbs in a day.
I weigh myself every Monday morning after my bathroom run and before breakfast.

Can I ask - how come you weigh in on Monday mornings? I feel like right after the weekend is so hard. I love weighing in on Saturdays that way I can enjoy myself for a day or two and then I have five days to really be strict.

Its bc I would cheat my butt off on the weekends if I didnt. Weighing in on Monday mornings helps keep me accountable and on track during the weekends, when Im most likely to cheat or slip up.

Same here! I also weigh in Monday mornings. Plus, Monday mornings already suck so I'm not going to "ruin" my morning every by weighing in

i actually heard more people on WW tend to lose more weight if they do a monday weigh in! i always did friday before... maybe I will switch to Monday.

I bought this one awhile ago...
It's good because it measures other stuff too, like body fat. (I haven't figured out exactly how to program it yet though...lol)
I weigh in every Friday morning. If I did well during the week, I allow myself a little treat on Friday or during the weekend.

I do weigh ins on Friday mornings using my Tanita scale. I got it at BBB. It measures body fat too.
