Is losing 3.5-4lbs in 2 weeks good or not really?

I have been just really eating better (no real exercise)
I lost 3.5-4lbs since June 9th
I have about 15-20lbs to lose I feel like its taking forever I know that if I exercise it will come off faster but I cant seem to find the time
and I am not willing to get up at 5am to do itChat Icon
I have 3 small children home all day so even walking is out because I have a double stroller but not a triple
anyway thanks for reading

That's perfect! They say losing 1-2 pounds per week max is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. KUTGW!

This is a really good result!

For sustained fat loss and health, it is recommended that you lose 1-2lbs per week.

Keep up the good work!

its a total of 13 lbs since February but I took a few weeks off or a month Chat Icon
I wrote my weight and measurements on a piece of paper and then put it away with the intention of weighing and measuring every 2 weeks
but I didnt until june 9th and then again today(june 23rd)
I have lost inches and went down a size and my tight jeans are big so I am happy but I still haveat least 15-20lbs to go
I eat normal on Saturdays

Perfect amount of weight. You will be more likely to keep it off too!

Right now I am lucky to lose 1 pound/week but it does add up and its stayed off...

Keep it up! Great job!
