I start kickboxing class tonight!
Im a little nervous that Im going to look like an @ss since Im kind of out of shape and uncoordinated but I hear the workout is unbeatable. Here goes nothing!
If anyone is interested, its a trial of 3 classes for $19.99. Im going to find out what the cost is tonight for after the 3 classes are up.
Its in Smithtown.

I take kick boxing at my NYSC!
Honestly it is the BEST workout IMO. It is cardio plus toning. It really kicks your butt but so worth it.
Don't worry about how yyou look--the class is so hard no one has time to watch other people

Have fun! I used to be addicted to kickboxing and would go every night, sometimes 2 classes in a row. I was in fantastic shape.

I emailed them last week to find out howling the special is running for and how much the classes are after the special and they never got back to me. I can't wait to go in 2 weeks!!!

Yea I plan to start on Tues 7/6 and then alternate Thursday the next week and then Tuesday the week after that.
I have to go by my mom's work schedule since she is the only one I can get to watch DS.

I used to go to cko kickboxing.
I think its the best workout IMO
It gaves me muslces in my arms for the first time EVER after going 2xs a week for 3 weeks. Realy toned my core as well
YOU WILL LOVE IT!
