Zumba
The jury is still out on this. I took it today for the first time.
I though the music was lame..the acoustics in the room were lame and I thought the class should have been more dance oriented.
It's like an aerobic class.

It is all about the instructor...i have walked out on classes like that. Do you live near East Northport, i have the most amazing instructor

Yes, she is an amazing instructor. Totally agree - the instructor makes or breaks the class. Took it at my gym and the class s*cked, but it is great at the E. Northport location.

Definitely depends on the instructor!!! I always tell people to keep looking - there is a Zumba instructor out there for everyone! 
I will say this - I am very very picky and dislike many of the classes out there - but Joanne's class in East Northport is the only one *I* go to!

I found out about her from YOU. You posted a link on NFR months ago. I downloaded my favorites to a DVD and play it in my living room. The quality on a big tv is sh*t but it does the job.
You should upload videos to YouTube. I only exercise in the privacy of my own home.
