yes. I still lost weight last week and I had AF.

Yes! Sometimes I would have a loss the week of AF, it depended. And if you are the same or gained a bit, next week you should see a better loss...good luck!

AF just got here yesterday and today was my weigh in day and I lost 2.4!! Hopefully I'll lose even more next week!!!
