Walk thru check list
Though I have a pretty decent list of what we need to check during our walk thru, I was wondering if anyone had a detailed, compregensive list in the event I forgot anything. Having a PG brain isn't helping matters. Thanks!

So far, I know to check all appliances and outlets. I will also be checking door frames, heat etc... I am afraid to miss something.

make sure to bring a digital camera so you have proof if there is any damage at closing

def bring a digital camera.
run all appliances and faucets/showers. flush all toilets.
check to see that anything that was in the contract for the sellers to fix has been fixed, there should also be receipts to prove they did it too.

run the bathtub with just the hot water on until it gets really hot. We moved in to find out our water heater was rusted and had to be replaced  . The hot water was only run at the sink during the walk through and you couldn't really tell unless you ran only hot in the tub.
