Tell me about your diet..
What do you usually eat throughout the day? Everytime I pick something up, I feel I shouldn't be eating it. Please give me some advice. Thank you so much!

Right now I am typically eating
Breakfast- Cottage Cheese and strawberries snack- piece of whole wheat bread with peanut butter lunch-protein shake or more cottage cheese snack- roasted almonds dinner- veggies and rice with black beans
That is on a day where my stomch feels okay. When it is giving me trouble I have scrambled egg whites and crackers throughout the day.

I've basically eaten the same stuff my whole pregnancy.
For breakfast: puffed wheat cereal with 1% milk and a banana cut up in it, or cheerios with a banana.
Snack: a yogurt and some more fruit.
Lunch: Either a salad with grilled chicken or a turkey sandwich. Another piece of fruit.
Snack: 100 calerie snack pack or whole wheat pretzels or just something fibrous to fill me up.
Dinner: Chicken and lots of green veggies and a big salad.
Usually another piece of fruit in the evenings if I'm really hungry. Or a frozen fruit bar.
Some days I'm just totally famished and eat more fruit. I think I'm going to turn into a piece of fruit! I end up snacking a lot on cut up veggies, sometimes a cheese stick or baked lays.

Wow that's really nutritious! Is that enough calories to support you and a growing baby?
When I was pg, I ate everything in moderation, small portions, when and what I wanted. I felt and still feel you are growing a baby, and need to nourish he/she and yourself. Don't deny your hunger, or a food you want, just have a little bit of it. THere are too many things to worry about, food should be the last thing you do worry about.

I have been eating yogurt, steak, vegetables, fruit, potatoes, Saltines and whole wheat bread for tummy, drinking water, eating fruit... i just cant stop eating!!!

I am only 8 weeks, so I only need an extra 80-100 calories a day for now. Even during the rest of the pregnancy the baby only needs you to increase your calories by 300 calories. Don't worry, I don't deny myself anything. I am just sticking to my usual diet and will bump it up when needed.

I'm bad...but i am carrying twins...
Breakfast - Cottage cheese/cereal (sometimes mid morning). Sometimes bagel with lite veggie cream cheese.
Lunch - Turkey/Cheese Wrap. Baked Lays or ice cream as of late (small tub of it)
Snack - Usually cereal or giant oatmeal cookie 
Dinner - Usually hamburger, chicken or pasta. And i eat a lot of it.
Dessert - ice cream (fro yo, WW, or lite ice cream).
I am right on target for weight gain actually....but we shall see. My appetite has been through the roof this past week.
I also snack when i get home...pretzels, ice pops, cookies.....I need to eat like every 3 hours.

Thank You so much everyone. I definitley have to add fruit to my diet. I have salad every night at dinner (love my greens). Thank You again.

My diet has been very similiar to Ali's the whole 9 mths and I have gained exactly what the dr suggested I should. The baby likes hr ice cream, what can I say?
