Phone and Internet - need access to neighbors lawn, finally reached out to them, hopefully this Tuesday that can be taken care of.
Blinds for the office/guest room

I must say for only having the weekends to do the work and only having it starting the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, I'm danged impressed with how much we've gotten done.

But GOD my bank account is actually crying. For the first time ever, I have no savings account at all. I never had much before, but never been zero either. Scary feeling!
