Yoga DVD's
I want to start doing yoga but the classes are so expensive near me.
Can anyone recommend a good DVD?

Re: Yoga DVD's
Sigh, I don't know if i'd call it good, it kicks your a$$ but I bought Denise Austin's Yoga Buns, which targets well, you know.
Its a very difficult workout so I don't know what level you are looking for. I got it on ebay. It's also more for using yoga poses for strengthening than stretching, if that's what you're looking for.
But be prepared to sweat!!!

Re: Yoga DVD's
If you're just starting out, look for something by Suzanne Deason. Her AM & PM Yoga for weight loss is beginner friendly.
I also like Rodney Yee a lot. His yoga abs is great and I also like his power yoga/stamina workout.
