Rave about Macys
I bought 4 pairs of shoes last weekend on their pre-sale. 30% off..cool!
Picked them up tonight.
There was one pair they didn't have in my size. While I was there I asked if they got in more shoes. They said no. One of the managers, Candee found out where they had the shoes and ended up calling Missouri for me. She was dealing with some bumpkins and it took all of the patience in the world, but 30 mins later I got the shoes ordered and sent to me with the 30% discount and no shipping!
She really went over and above.
We ended up talking and she is quite the character. I highly recommend this shoe dept.
I think it has surpassed Nordstroms!!! Gasp!

That is SHOCKING...I have NEVER heard nor had a rave about Macys! Glad you did! Which location is this? I would find this diamond in the rough (the rough being Macys..haahaa) Enjoy your shoe bargain!

I agree--I usually have truly awful customer service there.

I will do that. She really went over and above. I felt bad for the other customers having to wait but there was a lot of help around and she was directing traffic all the while helping me.
