There is buzz at my gym about this cleansing diet.

Has anyone done this? How much did it cost you? Was it worth it?

Any feedback is appreciated, thanks!

Re: Isogenics

A good friend on mine tried it. We met a woman that sold it and she made it sound great. It was expensive so I figured that I'd wait and see how she did on it before I would try it. I don't remember exactly how much she paid because there were different price packages, but I know it was at least a few hundred. She said it was very hard to stick to and gave up after a few days. She said the shakes weren't good at all and that made it very hard to swallow. The sales pitch sounded so great though... I still kinda want to try it... I just don't want to waste that much $.

Re: Isogenics

I know someone who does it, actually their entire family kids and all do. I dont know if they do it right though because they just drink the liquid all morning and afternoon and then either go out or get take out for dinner. Chat Icon They maintain their weight and they're all thin but personally I think it's because they starve themselves all day.

Re: Isogenics

My husband just did it

He lost 17 lbs in 11 days!

It a very disciplined diet. Its just shakes and a list of about 6 snacks you can have. (plus fruit and raw veggies)
You can also have a 400-600 calorie meal on certain days

Then one cleanse days you just drink the cleanse drink every 4 hours and have a snack every 2 hours.

He is on maintenance now, where you have the shakes for breakfast and lunch and a sensible dinner and sensible snacks during the day

He paid about $180 for the 11 day cleanse

A woman I work with did it and lost about 12 lbs during the cleanse and another 10 during the extended cleanse.

There are different diets. 11 day cleanse, 30 day, etc

3 other people at my job are doing it as well..

Its expensive but it gave my DH the jump start he needed and he he now working SO hard to get down under 200 (only 9 lbs to go!)

He said the shakes were nice and thick. And he added half a banana to each one as well to make it more filling.

The website breaks down the different diets..
