Decor Help
If you were going for a clean crisp airy look for your bedroom which now has beige, white & a pale green with gray undertones, what type of wall art would you buy?
I need a color to make the room pop, so I am thinking a burgundy, but I haven't seen anything I like to put on the walls.
Photos and other color sugestions are welcome, I have reached a dead end.
Thanks!

Re: Decor Help
Well...I don't think Decor is my are of expertise but I did a little playing around with the colors you gave that are in your bedroom (of course i was just guessing) but this looked good with the colors on my computer, and if even though its on canvas already, I thought it you put a white frame around it, it would make it pop even more, I know its not exactly airy but its not a has clean lines.
Its from Ikea Ikea
sorry if its not helpful Image Attachment(s):

Re: Decor Help
I think that would look good. I did a photoshop mock up to show you what it would look like ( I assumed you might want to put it above you bed)

Re: Decor Help
Thank You!!!!! I think it looks nice as well, do you think the red is too much though?? I am nervous of it taking away from the simplicity of the room?

Re: Decor Help
Not all - I think there is a very big difference between simple and boring...if you add something else in the room...say a pillow or a vase or something else in the red shade...the room is still simple and pulled together.

Yeah the last is my fav right now, I have to email the seller if I decide on it to see if they can do a rectangular one to go above my bed.
I also really love this, I emailed the seller to see if she could play around with the colors for me to work with the room. I wouldn't put this above my bed, on a smaller wall. But if she can do it I will have to find something above my bed that works with this painting.Image Attachment(s):

Re: Decor Help
I love this one. Not too much, but just right. And then maybe a vase or two in red, maybe a pillow or two on the bed with red in it (not solid) it would really bring the whole room together. You can still keep things light and airy. Like if you have picture frames, do them in white, or shelves do them in white. The red should just be a nice slight pop that catches your eye here and there in the room. It's going to be a gorgeous room when you are done with it. Love the green on the walls. What color is it by the way?

If someone painted this on Esty - can't you have the tone down some of the red?
