OK. I AM BACK FROM THE DOC!
And I saw it!!!!!! Doc did an internal sono to make sure all was OK (I have a pain on my right side which she now thinks is just mittelschmirtz). And lo and behold, there is the yolk sack in the right position. She said its too early to see any fetal pole (she estimates I am like 5.5 weeks) - but so far everything looks to be progressing as it should. I have the next sono in 2 weeks to see/hear the HEARBEAT (Father's Day weekend!)!!
(oh and all my symptoms are normal - thanks to all who so quickly responded!)
