My first triathlon on Sunday
I'm nervous and excited. It's a mini (300 yard swim, 11 mile bike and 2 mile run) but still a big accomplishment for me to commit to.
I still have lots of weight to lose but I'm done waiting to be thin to live life. I may not finish first but I'm going to finish and that will be a huge personal milestone.
If I can do it, anyone can.
