I am soooo excited! I joined Sparkpeople.com yesterday and I am LOVING it! Its a free tool with menus and grocery lists and recipes and chat/ message boards and a fitness tracker. The best thing about it is, it has a free Iphone app...where I can chart my progress on the go. I am so excited! thought I would share an highly recommend!

This site IS great! I used it last year and the nutrition tracker really opened my eyes to how wrong my eating habits were. Good luck with it!
