How do I find out about an abandoned home?
There is a house in an area we're looking at, and it's clearly abandoned. There is a notice on their door from the TOH about mowing their lawn and garbage..I guess neighbors were complaining. There is also a sticker on the door saying something about unlawful entry...I have not seen it anywhere online..How can I find out more about it???

FM me the address
is there an eviction notice on the door yet?
once it goes thru the courts- the bank will take it back and list it
there is really nothing you can do until then
I can at least pull it up in public records and get an idea of when the LP was filed
