THANK YOU for the ENCOURAGEMENT last week! lost 6lbs this week at WW!!
i am really just posting this to say thanks to those who told me not to worry when i gained 3lbs last week on WW! you were right, it was a bump in the road! also posting this for anyone who has a really bad week to see that it can still mean a good week can follow! i needed to know that last week b/c i almost gave up.
i <3 WW! it really works! lol
