5 k walk/run " joe keany"
Today i did a 5 k walk/run walk it challenge with the people at weight watchers... I did it under an hour!!! I just wanted to share.. I feel great and cant wait to do it again next year.

I did mine last wednesday because I have a family function today! Awesome Ro!!
