Cardio / yoga -- help!
So i normally do a 30 min cardio 5 days a week (mon-fri)
I recently bought a yoga dvd that i wanted to try b/c i could use the toning and stretching
But im confused at how to add it into my routine - do i substitue some days of cardio with just yoga? Am i supposed to do the yoga everyday with the cardio (that would be alot time wise since the yoga is 50 min)? I really would rather keep my routine withing M-F since the weekends are full of other physical labor around the house.

I would start by adding two or three days of yoga along with the cardio. Cardio first, yoga after.
