Foundation leak? Who do I call?

seems that the foundation may be leaking. who do I call to assess this?

do you have a finished basement? If it's unfinished you can prob take care of this yourself....

call a contractor. a lot of times this happens because water isn't properly being drained away from your house. your flower beds and dirt should slope down away from your house instead of toward your house. also, clogged gutters make it so the water doesnt drain properly so instead of going down the pipe from the gutter, it pours over the sides and pools next to the foundation. also, if the pipes coming down from the gutters arent long enough, the water just sits by your foundation. this is an easy fix, just go to home depot and attach a longer pipe to the ones you already have to bring the water further away from your house.

thanks we just had this done and we still have some seepage...
