we lost out on our first bid. i really thought this would be our house...i feel so defeated

We lost the 1st house we bid on and I'm so glad we did. I realized later that that one we lost would not have been a good decision, we were just so caught up in the excitement of it all. I LOVE our current house. Don't lose hope, your home is out there.

same happened to us.. we even had an engineer in and everything.. then got the call few days later that they were taking another bid. Totally depressing.
