30 Day shred Fans
When I ordered 30 day shred I threw in 2 other Jillian Michaels DVD's to qualify for free shippping (they are each like $8 on amazon, so cheap).
I finally did the "No More Trouble Spots" and this video is great!
It is longer than Shred, about 40 mins but the good thing is the menu gives you each circuit so you can easily pick 3 that you want to do and be similar to Shred. Check it out if you want a little more variety. Some moves are repeated but Jillian is great!

I LOVE that one, also Burn Fat Boost Metabolism. They are both excellent workouts. I think I actually like them better than the Shred.

Yes- its pretty much all cardio, except for one ab circuit on the floor. Its fun though - I love this one.
