Storing Flour
How do you store your flour? Do you have multiple flours on hand - cake, regular, whole wheat, corn meal, etc.?
I have a big container for the regular flour but I don't know what to do with my other speciality ones.
any ideas?

I always keep things like that in a ziploc (to minimize mess). Sometimes I'll put the ziploc in a tupperware container to keep it fresh/neat/etc.
