Bug problem!
So we rent out a property that we own and have come to discover that the apt has a roach problem. YUCK!!!!
We have exterminated twice and still YUCK!
Do you have any home remedies that work really well?
TIA

Re: Bug problem!
unfortunately if the tenants are dirty and leave food and stuff around the roaches will not leave.
I lived in a building that had "bad" tenants living in it and they finally got the tenants out but we still had roaches and that was with a professional exterminator come every week.
Roaches are the hardest thing to get rid of. Someone once suggested Boric Acid.....not safe if there are kids and pets in the apt though.

Re: Bug problem!
depends on what kind of roach it is.
We lived a nightmare. Moved into a new apt, took the guys that helped us move out for dinner. Get home to our new apt, turn light on, 15 roaches scatter on kitchen counter.
FLIPPED. moved out next morning after fighting with my husband in the streets all night.
They were German roaches. They like wet places and hot wires(like behind computers, TVs, refrigerator.)
