How many points is a Ralph's Ice?
I'm having a craving.. I'd even take a water ice at this point..lol

Water ices are not that bad. I can't remember off the top of my head but I think a 4 oz serving is 1 or 2 points. Ask for a child size and one of those paper cups with it. The paper cup is 3 oz I think. They have the info at the stand if you ask.

just be careful it's not the ones with the dairy in it and I would stay away from the sugar free unless you plan on being bloated the rest of the day :)
