Kerastase.. How do you know what to buy?
Sorry for all the Kerastase questions lol. but I know a lot of ladies on here use.
I have such DRY hair now from the Japanese, my fault. Anyways I want a shampoo and conditioner from Kerastase Nutritive Line; however when you go on the site there are soo many options to choose from.
I see the Bain satin 3 shampoo but then i do not see a conditioner that goes with it..? I also see the masquintense for fine hair but does that count as the conditioner? LOL
Any help would be much appreciated.

Oh thanks!
But I wanted to change my shampoo and conditioner. I have the JHS and heard girls who used the Kerastase Nutritive line really had good reviews.

I would use the masquintense as your conditioner..
as for shampoo, honestly, any of their products are outstanding. You will not be disappointed.
I used the bain de force.. my hair was so brittle at one point.

I used to work for Kerastase. If you are really dry use the #3 and the Masquintense Thick. They used to have the Lait Vital conditioner but i am not sure they still make it since they revamped the nutritive line. it is good, but not very heavy.

Oh nice. So I should get the: 1) Bain Satin 3 shampoo 2) For a conditioner use the Masquintense for fine hair?
They also have nectar thermique leave in heat and sublimateur jour daily leave in conditioner. Do I need to get that too or if i am using the masquintense i dont?

the nectar therm is a styler. works good for blowing out. i would pass on the leave in though.
