What do you do with all your stuff when out walking/runng?
I have my keys, my cell, my water bottle and my ipod....***** am I supposed to do with all of this?

Sports Authority and other sporting good places sell something like a Fanny pack that belts around your waist. It has a holder for water and a couple of pockets for keys, etc. This is what I use.

Sports Authority and other sporting good places sell something like a Fanny pack that belts around your waist. It has a holder for water and a couple of pockets for keys, etc. This is what I use.

Hey Mel! I am not on here much anymore---Facebook has taken over---LOL. The girls are doing great...growing like weeds, just like Little Eddie, I am sure. How are things in your neck of the woods? Maybe we can actually GTG this summer. We have a pool now---let's try to make a date for you and your *boys* to come over.

I have this from tupperware
(the bottom part opens and you can put your keys in it)
get an armband for your ipod. (my cell is my ipod)

I take very little with me.
If I have to take a key, I tie it to my shoelace and tuck it into the laces...
I only take fluid if I'm running over an hour in the heat or two in the winter. If it's 7-12 miles, I'll just carry a power ade bottle...longer than than I wear a fuel belt.
i don't take my cell phone.

I have a shoe wallet for my keys and a few buck.
If we take the car somewhere, DH takes the key off and I usually put the key ring around a finger and hold it.
I also have a cell phone arm band that I usually wrap around my hand.
I just got a spi belt but haven't used it yet.
As for a water bottle, I want to get a nathan hand held. They also have zippered pouches that I will put something in.

I don't bring a water bottle or cell phone. I have a small change purse that I put my key in and a few hard candies.. that's all I bring.

I always have running shorts or pants with pockets that zip
one side: license, $5, car key (just the one key I need to get in)
other side: cell phone
I hold my drink
You really should carry ID everywhere, like someone above said. You never know. I always carry my ID and cell. Too many sickos out there!

When I tie my shoes, I lace my key with it. I do not bring a water bottle or cell phone with me. As for my I-Pod, I have a shuffle so there is not much to carry and most of the time I do not even bring it with me.
