Very weird question...
Please don't think I'm weird!
But I noticed today that I s@ck in my stomach when I'm walking around. I've been doing this for years pre-pregnancy without even trying. It's just been a habit because I'm so self-conscience about myself. Well, today I "let go" of my belly and it sticks out soooo much farther. Now I already have a belly, but this is much bigger when I do this. It's just when I don't s@ck it in, it feels sooo much heavier and it pulls at my skin and is sore a little bit. It's definitely not comfortable. Should I try not to s@ck it in anymore??? I'm not doing it purposely I just do it? Does anyone else do it? I know... stupid and weird question!

Re: Very weird question...
My mother always taught me to s@ck in my stomach. She told me that it would help train my stomach muscles and help me keep a flat stomach. I swear that she was right. No matter what the rest of me looks like my stomach has always stayed flat (well, until this whole pregnancy thing ).

Re: Very weird question...
I wish that was true for me, because I haven't had a flat stomach since I've been doing it! Even after working out a lot and losing weight! And not especially now after having a baby and working on the second one!

Re: Very weird question...
I always used to tighten my stomach muscles, not necessarily "stuck" it in. Now, it hurts when I thighten the muscles, so it sticks out like a big flabby god only knows what.
