Retaining something and it's messing up my weight!
I weigh myself everyday. And I do it because it works for me and it helps me to stay focused and motivated. But the last few days my weight has actually gone up and I don't think I've been that bad. Usually when my weight goes up I know what meal might have done it. But this time I'm unsure. I know it's not AF and I don't feel as if I've had a lot of salt.
Anyone have any ideas as to what might help? My weigh in is on Tuesday and I would be really bummed if I didn't have a good week. Last week I only lost .2 and throughout my entire journey I've never had 2 bad weeks in a row. Any help would be much appreciated.

Are you at a weight that you previously had been at before for a long time in the past? A plateau?
I know the weights I've been stuck at before and always keep it in mind so I remember this is possible.
