IF unconsciously still effects...

I just wanted to share a story...

I was a smaller-time poster on this board a while ago. Happy to say I'm expecting a in August after IVF.

I was talking to someone at work, who I knew possibly had IF troubles and had adopted a long time ago. We were discussing "UP" (the movie)... she said she loved it. I said I loved it too, but it was very sad. I mentioned that I thought the way that they showed the wife of the main character was very touching. I thought the fact that she dies early on was sad, but I also mentioned her struggle to have a child... that they saw babies in clouds and then cried in the Ob's office. (I had been in the middle of everything then and had BAWLED in the theater).

I thought that everything was over... and then I started tearing up. She started tearing up (we never discussed our IF issues, but sometimes, you can co-spot)

Just wanted to share. It's such a tough struggle... and I thought that the emotional effects were long-gone. But, NO.

I think IF will always be something we will never forget. Even when you have your baby in your arms. I know for me after 2 m.c I will never forget. I will be thrilled when I hold my baby in my arms, but I will never forget about the 2 I lost.
