Really worried about tomorrow's WW weigh in
Last week I thought I was going to have a decent drop-I had started 30 day shred, was walking during lunch and was doing well with my points. I nearly burst out in tears when I was up .6.
I stayed on track this week-took all my restraint not to ditch the 30 day shred. I did 30 day shred every day, walked every day at work and did even better with my points.
If I'm up I just don't think I can take it-I will be so angry. All the hard work for nothing-I can't take it 2 weeks in a row...

Dont get discouraged i gained 3 lbs this week, sometimes when you exercise you gain muscle and muscle weight weighs more, Just keep doing what you're doing... I'm losing inches and fitting in my clothes better yes i would like to see the lose but you dont want to lose the weight to fast Slow and steady is the way to go!

I know it's hard to not get discouraged. You are doing great and the rewards will follow! Sometimes our bodies just like to freak us out!
