Cornbread...
ain't nothin' wrong with that!  (man i hope someone gets the reference!)
What do you serve cornbread with... besides chili?

I love Chris Rock.. but my favorite cornbread reference is from some backstage footage of Lenny Kravitz. He takes a bite of cornbread and says "This cornbread is so good it'll make you want to go home and smack your momma!"
I make it with chili and for green chili and for tortilla soup and fajitas and really any kind of tex mex stuff. It's also good with fried chicken and chicken fried steak. And you can do cornbread croutons too. Which give a nice sweet crunch to a southwestern salad.
