getting so nervous...
DH and I are about to put offers on 2 houses. I was all excited, but now that I'm thinking about EVERYTHING that goes along with it, money wise, I'm getting myself very nervous and wondering if we should be buying a house at all!
we will have next to nothing left monthly after paying all our bills...and now i see all the extras you have to pay before even getting in the house...and we're thinking about starting a family once we are in the house!
I don't think we can do it. ok vent over

You should speak to a broker or someone in the field...before you put any offers you have to make sure you can afford it, you don't want to be put in a hole...Good Luck!!

thanks! we are preapproved and have a realtor. i know it will work, we'll just be living tight for awhile and it's making me nervous!
