Montreal Steak Seasoning
My Dad gave me a massive container b/c he how has to watch his sodium intake and I guess this stuff has a ton.
I am used to using liquid marinades--do I just sprinkle this stuff on before cooking?

You can put it in the marinade (instead of whatever salt/seasoning you normally use). I usually use it when I do not marinate. I'll just sprinkle it on and grill it up. It's tasty.

So good on tuna steaks. Coat in olive oil then sprinkle a little seasoning on. I feel like a little goes a long way. I do the same with steaks.

Agreed--a little definitely goes a long way with this stuff! It's yummy though!
