Anyone sign up for a CSA this summer?
My friend did this last year and I couldn't wait to sign up this year. I thought the concept was so awesome. CSA is (Community Supported Agriculture) where you pay up front for the season and then each week you go and pick up farm fresh, veggies, fruit, eggs, flowers, etc. So excited to try out some new recipes with all the different items I am going to get. Here is the CSA I am doing:

We're doing Golden Earthworm this year. I can't wait for it to start up! The person I was going to split my share with bailed on me, so if anyone is interested in splitting (RVC pick-up) let me know!

I am! I signed up with Garden of Eve. I'm doing the Variety Pack - half shares of fruit, veggies, eggs & flowers! This is our first year. Can't wait to check back for some recipes!

How does that work?
We'll be in NY starting at the end of July and would maybe split from that time - depending on price, etc.
What's the total cost? How many weeks? I can see if my parents would split it for the earlier time and maybe we can do it starting when we get back? Let me know details!

We are doing a half share for the first time this summer. It comes to DHs office so it is extremely convenient.
