it increases your property value, therefore increasing your taxes.

yikes, we looked at a house whose taxes were $19K, and we would have wanted to put in cac.

I don't believe its that huge of a difference. we looked a few houses in our price point that were the same exact layout in commack. a few didn't have CAC and the taxes weren't much of a difference.

I agree....I have never seen a huge difference for Central Air
and my Dad's old house and all 4 neighboors with the same house- have the same taxes- and we had a bonus room over the garage and CAC
I looked it up on public records b/c I can and b/c I am NOSEY
