Japanese or Brazilian Staightener?
I was just wmondering what you ladies think. I've tried the Japanese straigthener before and thought that it was amazing how straight and smooth my hair was but they had no volume, especially in th begining... Is the Brazilian pretty much the same thing? I also read somewhere that the Brazilian contains formaldehyde  Is that true, if so that would be really scary...

it's completely different.
the JHS will completely straighten your hair and it's permanent. meaning you have to grow it out. (i found it damaging)
the BKT will defrizz your hair and you may lose a little wave BUT it will not completely straighten your hair. (I find t his better for my hair.. my hair is shinier and healthier since i started doing this). the BKT will completely remove itself.. you don't have to grow it out.
