for our 3 year wedding anniversary.....any suggestions for someplace in suffolk?

We love Pasta Pasta in Port Jeff. Steak houses- Paces (one PJ, one in Hauppauge), 21 Main.
Seafood/ sushi H2O in Smith-town.

A kitchen Bistro or A kitchen Trattoria in St. James (I think). Le Soir (Bayport). Barrique in Babylon. The Bellport in Bellport.

Thanks for all the recommendations!...we went to Mill Pond in Centerport. The main course was yummy....service...not so much.

My husband walked in at about 5:30 and said we have a reservation for 6. She never asked our name or anything..... So the woman said oh I set up your table for inside but since it is so nice out, do you want to sit outside. So I said yes. She says ok let me just set up your table.....so we walk out side to stand over by the tiki hut and pass like 10 open small tables.....so the waitress comes back and says ok your table is ready and walks us over to a table set for 6....i said ummm...it's just the two of us...she said but you had a reservation for 6...so I said yeah 6pm......so that started it off......

So then we get seated without menus....about 10 min goes by and a waiter finally gave us menus..... so now we are looking at the menus and another 10 min goes by and he come over do you have any questions....I said can we get a drink....so we ordered our drinks and he goes to get them. A different waiter comes over and says would you like to order I said the other waiter just took our drink order...so he leaves....about 5 min later another different waiter comes over and says would you like to order? My husband and I look at each other like what the heck....so we said we are just waiting for our drinks....

So he brings us our drinks and we order. Cesar salad was a little limp....didn't seem fresh. My chicken was really good and the mashed potatoes were a little lumpy...but that's okay. Erik had sushi and salmon which he said was good, but looked a little burnt on the bottom.....his pesto potatoes were really good.

All in all the atmosphere was really nice and we had a good time.... and that's all that matters!
