Where did you buy your bathtub?

Hi! We are going to be remodeling our bathroom, and need to buy a bathtub. We need one that's the basic dimensions (5' long, 32" width) but deeper than normal. We need it to be 18-20 inches deep. We have been to Home Depot and Lowes, but they only have a few tubs on display. We have also been to Consumers Kitchen & Bath, but they seem to only have really fancy stuff on display.

Are there other places? We don't want to spend much over $600, and it's looking more & more like we may have to order something online, sight unseen!!

I researched on line and ordered from Sayville Plumbing. We ended up going with Kohler. Anything other than white tended to be about 6 weeks+ for delivery anywhere I looked.

We had the same problem. We ended up ordering the Kholer Archer online sight unseen. We love it. It is about 19 inches deep and is sooo comfortable. THe only thing about this tub is that we ordered the matching overflow and drain which was also a little over 100$. The tub was 399 online. All together less than 600. Home depot also shipped for free.

My parents got theirs from Blackman. There's one in Wantagh and another in Huntington...ive been told the one in Huntington has more on display.
