It will get easier each time! Stick with it and repeat weeks if you need to and you'll be running continuously before you know it! It really works!! Chat Icon

It definitely gets easier. I went from not running to running 3 miles thanks to C25K. Just make sure you rest a day in between runs, it really makes a difference. You can always repeat weeks if you need to. Stick with it- it will get better!

I'm on week 2 myself. Tonight I did it on the treadmill at the gym. Definitely like it much better outside.

I'm right there with you! It has to get easier...at least that's what I keep telling myself.

All kidding aside. Running is one of my last obstacles I want to tackle. I'm really overweight so it's hard but I know like spinning and weight lifting and all the other things I've been working on I know I will get stronger and better at it. I just have to keep at it.

We should all keep checking in.

Re: Couch to 5K newbie

Trust me you can do it and repeat it if you have to. I could not run at all when I started last year and now I just did a half marathon and ran the entire time. Just keep up with it! Good Luck!
