UGH the weekend!
So this weekend I was OFF 
Out to dinner, family party, out for drinks 
I hate when I do that! Now I really have to watch and exercise a lot this week to make up for it!

Don't feel bad! You have to live life 
This is going to be me next weekend. My and DH's family is coming for my graduation, and we'll be eating out for 2 nights at my favorite restaurants. I'm a little concerned because I don't want to lose my progress. But I also want to enjoy myself.

It is so hard! I mean we go out a lot of weekends, have a lot of weddings this year etc.

This was me this whole week. I gained 0.8 lb. And we're leaving on thurs for Key west to go to my friends destination wedding. I don't foresee losing any weight in the coming weeks.

Me too. Happy hour friday (although I did spin class at lunch) and no exercise all weekend was killer!
