Is this normal?
I'm having mild cramps on and off since last night. I'm 14 weeks and don't have any spotting, just the mild cramps.

I have been VERY crampy the past few days too - more than usual. I guess its a growth spurt. A lot of the girls said they popped between what we are now and 18 weeks - so maybe we're in the process of "popping"  .

From weeks 14 through about 17 or so for me, I had some major pulling/cramping, etc (particuarly in my groin area )
It is that infamous "round ligament pain" that you might be starting to experience..
Its perfectly OK, but I do remember I was freaking a bit when I first started feeling it!

Charly, according to this online pregnancy calendar, as of the week I was in week 14:
As your ligaments and muscles begin to stretch to accommodate your growing uterus, you may start feeling some cramp-like pains. Make sure to call your doctor if it is accompanied with fever, bloody discharge, or if the pain becomes unbearable.
