Rice Pudding
Anyone have a good recipe? I have tried it a few times and it came out OK....but haven't found a recipe I love yet.

½ gallon whole milk
1c rice
1c sugar
Splash vanilla
Cinnamon
Combine & bring to a boil (don’t put heat on high)
Once it starts boiling put it on a very low simmer till it gets thick (Approx 50 minutes) Stir every 5 minutes
Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.

The big secret is buy short-grain rice. It is also called "Sushi" rice. The shorter the grain, the creamer it will get.

I usually use arborio rice. I never thought to try it with sushi rice before!
