*WEEKLY MENU - 5/8
I guess nobody did a weekly menu thread! I'll start from Saturday since that's when we do our grocery shopping!
SAT - spontaneously went out!
SUN - went out for Mother's Day
MON - herb-roasted whole chicken, pan-roasted potatoes, sauteed spinach
TUES - Mediterranean beef pitas with hummus, chickpea & feta salad
WED - Sweet & Sticky chicken drumsticks, rice, salad
THURS - Jalapeno mac & cheese, bloomin' herb bread
FRI - chef's night off!

Sat: steak, chicken and chorizo fajitas with peppers/onions/mushrooms/garbanzo beans, guacamole, "mashed" black beans (think the consistency of refried), shrimp ceviche
Sun: lasagna with sausage and meat sauce
Mon: it's my bday...going out, I think!
Tues: not sure...b/c we are LEAVING FOR MIAMI.
eating out rest of the week!!!

Sunday: Mother In Law's House for dunch (dinner/lunch) - leftovers for supper.
Monday: Herb chicken pieces with roasted vegetables, Salad
Tuesday: Breakfast Pizza, Homemade Hash Browns, Citrus Salad
Wednesday: Cheeseburgers, French Fries, Cucumber Salad, Chocolate Shakes
Thursday: Turkey Ghoulash with noodles, beet salad
Friday: fish tacos with cilantro cream, guacamole, tomatoes, lettuce, onion, etc..
Saturday: Barbecue Chicken & Pork Chops, Corn, Grilled Veggies, Spring Salad

Saturday: Take out Chinese
Sunday: BBQ at our house for Mother's Day.
Monday: Grilled Chicken w/ Broccoli Rabe over pene, Tomato Salad
Tuesday: Halibut Oreganato, Arugala & Tomato Salad
Wednesday: Sausage & Pepper Heroes, Herbed Yukon Gold Steak Fries, Dilled Cucumber Salad
Thursday: Teryiaki Chicken Wings, Brown Rice w/ Shallots & Peas, Carrots in Browned Butter
Friday: Homemade Pizza's, Shaved Fennel Salad
Saturday: Christening Party to attend.

Was a bit behind with last week, so some stuff got pushed back.
Saturday:Turkey Kebabs with coriander yogurt sauce and pitas (was really happy with this, it was delish!)
Sunday: Went out for Thai
Monday: Murgh Masala (Chicken Masala)
Tuesday: Penne a la Vodka
Wednesday: Quiche of some sort with salad
Thursday-Sunday- Burgundy trip, lots of great wine and French food!

SAT - My Goddaughter's Communion, so dinner out.
SUN - Lobsters, steaks, Scalloped Potatoes, Roasted veggies
MON - Grilled Chicken Caesar salad
TUES - Chinese
WED - Filet Mignons, Roasted Broccoli, and Baked Potatoes
THUR - Probably take out.
FRI - Leave for Florida!!!

Tues: Out
Wed: Butternut squash ravioli with sage butter sauce, asparagus and roasted tomatoes
Thurs: Herbed chicken cutlets, mashed redskin potatoes, cauliflower gratin
Fri: Chicken souvlaki pitas, cucumber and tomato salad
Sat: Out
Sun: BBQ

Sunday: Grilled Shell Steaks with Grilled Eggplant and Potatoes
Monday: Chicken Curry, Mixed Veggies and Basmati Rice
Tuesday: Grilled Cheeseburgers and Potatoes
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Chicken Parmesan (WW) with Roasted Broccoli
Friday: Grilled Tandoori Chicken with Mixed Veggies and Basmati Rice
Saturday/Sunday: Up to DH. Knowing him, it'll be something bbq'd.
Can you tell we started grilling again?

Wed- Turkey Italian sausage,onions, peppers, baked potatoes
Thurs- Tacos for DH, taco salad for me

SAT - DH took me out to dinner for Mother's Day!
SUN - chicken roasted with herbs, mashed potatoes and honey carrors
MON - beef stew in the crock pot
TUES - chicken with salsa, homemade scallop potatoes and green beans
WED - cook's night off (class actually, DH cooks for himself)
THURS - spaghetti and homemade italian meatballs
FRI - leftovers
