Parent Can Sue Ex for Turning Children Against Him
Just thought this may be of interest to those of you who have dealt with parental alienation. Not suggesting a lawsuit but still an interesting article.
One issue brought up was that the situation was not raised in family court.

I am glad that parental alienation is finally starting to become recognized...The sad part is, in addition to it being very hard to prove, often the damage is done by the time you can bring it to light
