Protein in your diet
My personal trainer told me I need to eat more protein.
Just wondering, how do you get protein? Any food high in protein you reccomend?

I start my day with egg whites as my main source of protein...for lunch I have either sliced turkey breast, lean ground turkey breast or egg white salad. Then for dinner I have shrimp or chicken (or any other lean meat!) And at night before bed I have a protein pancake made out of egg white, protein powder and gelatin! Hope that helps!!

ETA: a great high protein "snack food" is Soy Crisps. 9 grams protein, 12 grams carbs and 2.5-3 g fat...depending on the flavor!

I eat egg whites almost everyday. I also like Luna bars, which have 9g of protein(I think).

I eat Chobani fat free yogurts, WW string cheese, BH ham or turkey, almonds.

my trainer has me on a high protein ..very very low carb diet. Turkey, grilled Chicken, Almonds, cashews, string cheese, eggs,yogurt.

I don't eat much meat at all, so I usually do eggs (hardboiled in my salad is most portable), hummus (beans/legumes), walnut (not an almond fan) and cheese (usually string/mozzerella (portable), provolone or swiss)
