That is great. You are going to be at the 10lb mark in no time!!
I wish I could stick to it. I do good for 2 maybe 3 weeks and then something happens and it goes out the window.
Do you change up your food everyday or do you eat the same things? I get so bored of eating the same thing everyday and I think that is the problem with me.
