Had my first WW weigh in
and I lost 8.2 pounds!  
I totally thought I was doing everything wrong.
I do know the first week loss is usually more so I will revel in pride today and continue on with my new healthy plan for life!
Today I am proud of me.

Congrats!!!!!!
Keep up the good work and dont get discouraged if next week is a small #.
I lost almost 8 might first week and less than 1 the second so just be prepared for something small and that way if its a bigger number you won't be disappointed!!!!!

I know that that kind of weighltloss is not the norm after the first week! 
It sure gave me a big boost though!!
